To establish IP67 protected interfaces, modern industrial applications have high requirements concerning the connectors used. CONEC connectors are used in process control for factory automation, or data communication devices in harsh environments. In addition, they are also appropriate for outdoor use in network technology and telecommunications.
CONEC supplements the product ranges IP67 RJ45 / USB / LC Duplex with a new inline coupler variant having Bayonet locking on both ends, not just the outside connection. With that double-sided bayonet locking, an IP67 protected cable-to-cable connection can be established. The new inline coupler variants can be used for front and back panel mounting, or no panel at all. Many different applications are possible for equipment/box design, as well as exposed field wiring. Housing materials in black plastic or metalized plastic are available. The new connectors with double-sided bayonet are compatible with the existing CONEC series IP67 RJ45, USB 2.0 and LC-Duplex.
