The Armor IPX™ series includes waterproof electronic enclosures and snap-in PCB headers for electronic control modules that can withstand the demands of harsh environments, available in two sizes in black and transparent plastic or amber Ultem® material, with optional ventilation holes for use with a membrane.
The headers can be mounted directly onto the PCB using the 90° angled PCB contacts and can be quickly and securely attached to the housing using the snap-in locking mechanism. Various headers with up to 4x 12-pin interface in A, B, C and D coding form the interface of the Armor IPX™ enclosures and are compatible with AT and ATM connectors and other commercially available EEC enclosures.
