Flexible Systems

When your design requires light to move longer distances, making its way around PCB obstacles, you need flexible light pipes from Bivar. Our flexible light pipes offer many mounting and built-in LED options to meet your luminosity requirements and adapters, with ESD protection for sensitive components. Need a customized approach? We can do that, too.

Board mount adapter with built-in Bivar Through-Hole LED and Flexible Light Pipe.
Available in 1mm, 2mm optical fiber diameter.
Optical fiber length: 1.0 in. to over 100 ft.
Vertical and right-angle adapter configurations.
Single and multi-color Through-Hole LEDs
Range of lens sizes, shapes, and colors.
Optical fiber colors: red, green, blue, yellow, white, black.
